1. Seller

2. Products

The Site sells fine art photographic prints by Alex Visbal. Works are released in limited editions, numbered and signed by the artist, unless a work is expressly described as an open edition. Edition size, print size, paper and any other terms stated on each product page form part of the contract. Edition terms are fixed once the first print of an edition is sold.

Colours on screen are an approximation. Each print is matched to the artist's approved reference proof, which is the standard of the edition.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros and include Spanish VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you confirm the order. For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties and taxes are not included and are payable by the buyer to the carrier or customs authority.

Prices may change over time, in particular as an edition sells out. The price applicable to your order is the one shown at the moment of purchase.

4. Ordering

An order is placed when you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation email. The contract is concluded when we confirm that production has started. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a work has sold out, if a pricing error has occurred, or if payment cannot be verified.
